Book Review: Travelers Along The Way

I’m a HUGE admirer of Fr. Benedict Groeschel, C.F.R. and when I was presented with the opportunity to read and review Travelers Along the Way I jumped at it.

Travelers Along the Way is Fr. Groeschel’s collection of reflections on those “men and women who shaped my life.” Many of the names are well-known- Mother Teresa, Fr. Solanus Casey, Cardinal Terence Cooke, Mother Angelica (to name but a few). Others are less known. All are written of with immense love.

As Fr. writes in his introduction, “I hope to draw you into thinking and meditating on what others have done for, on how your life has been enriched and deepened by those you have met along the way. It is my hope that this book will help you recognize the blessings that others have brought into your life.”

Well done Father.  This book has helped me to pause and think back on those blessing that have come in, and out, of my life. Thanks!

Travelers Along the Way, 154 pages, a quick and thoroughly enjoyable read.
